A Layher system with fully encapsulated cantilevered hanging scaffolds to both sides was constructed for refurbishment works to be carried out for a pedestrian bridge on the GSK Site.

The encapsulation was required to prevent any cleaning chemicals, dust or debris entering the surrounding water.

Public access was maintained throughout the duration of the project, requiring careful design, planning and co-ordination throughout.
